We start with 3/4" Baltic Birch- cut with precision on our Laguna Smart Shop CNC, sanded & routed by hand. Designs are directly printed - no vinyl wraps to worry about peeling. Boards are sealed with several thick coats of polyurethane for the smoothest playability.
